These offer details set out the specific terms and conditions that apply to the promotional offer offered to you under the Middle Program. By submitting an inquiry in connection with the Middle Program, you are deemed to have accepted these offer details and terms and conditions.
Capitalised words have the same meaning as in the Middle Program Terms & Conditions or are defined below.

Important offer details
- This offer is available from 1 November 2026 until withdrawn.
- This offer will apply to you for a 24-month period from the date that you first book an appointment with a broker (Offer Period) unless a different offer applies at that time.
- This offer applies to each Eligible Facility that settles during the Offer Period and in respect of which you satisfy any eligibility criteria set out in the Middle Program Terms & Conditions and these offer details. For example, if you have two Eligible Facilities that settle during the Offer Period and each satisfies the eligibility criteria, you may earn Settlement Rewards and Anniversary Rewards in respect of each facility.
- To receive Anniversary Rewards, the Eligible Loan Balance of the relevant Eligible Facility must be $350,000 or more on the applicable annual anniversary date.
- We may withdraw this offer at any time, but doing so will not affect you if you have already accepted the offer and it applies to you.
- Acting reasonably, and only in circumstances where it is reasonably necessary to protect our legitimate business interests, we may vary or withdraw your entitlement to earn Anniversary Rewards during the term of an Eligible Facility by providing you with reasonable notice in writing.
- To the extent of any inconsistency between these offer details and the Middle Program Terms & Conditions, these offer details prevail.
